Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 2:00pm MST will now have a processing time of 1 - 3 days before being shipped.

For orders placed after the 2:00pm cut-off time on Friday, processing will begin the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For Express Shipping: If you choose Express Shipping and place your order before 2:00pm MST, your order will be shipped the same day, ensuring a speedy delivery. Orders with Express Shipping placed after 2:00pm will be shipped the following business day.

Once processed, your order's arrival depends on the chosen shipping method. Express Shipping delivers in 1-2 business days, offering the quickest way to refresh your closet. For Standard Shipping, expect a timeframe of 3-9 business days. Please note, deliveries to PO Boxes or remote areas might require an extended timeframe.

For orders within Canada:

Taxes are calculated based on the items in your order, your shipment destination within Canada, and the total value of your purchase. These taxes are added to your order total in the shopping bag.

For international orders:

Please note, duties, taxes, and other customs fees for international orders are not included in the order total. The responsibility for these additional charges rests with you, the recipient, and they depend on the country to which the order is shipped. While some countries do not require additional duties and/or taxes at the time of delivery, this varies by location.

OAT & OCHRE is pleased to offer free local delivery for orders over $50.00 within the Spruce Grove/Stony Plain town area, specifically catering to addresses within a 20KM radius. To find out if your address qualifies for local delivery, simply enter your shipping information during checkout. If your location is within the free delivery radius, a local delivery option will become available to you as a shipping choice.

Please note, local delivery orders adhere to the same processing times as our standard shipping orders. This ensures every order is given the care and attention it deserves before making its way to you.

Yes, OAT & OCHRE offers local pickup for orders in the Spruce Grove/Stony Plain area. Like our shipped orders, local pickups require the same processing time.

At OAT & OCHRE, we accept returns within 14 days from delivery. To qualify, items must remain unused, with original tags, and in their initial condition. Please note, gift cards, sale items, womenswear, and purchases made during sitewide sales are not returnable.

We process refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspecting the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is non-refundable. For a complete understanding of our return process, please view our full return policy.

If you're looking to exchange an item from OAT & OCHRE, please reach out to us at oatandochre@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Given our limited stock, we can't guarantee the availability of your desired item for an exchange. To secure the item you want, we suggest purchasing it directly and initiating a return of the original item for a refund.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll proceed with the exchange process. Please ensure that items are unused, with tags still attached, and returned in their original condition. Note that exchanges are not available for gift cards, items from the Sale Collection, or products purchased during sitewide sales.
