We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a store credit for the total of your purchase (excludes any shipping fees). Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to seller at their own cost. Store credit will be emailed to you once the package has been received and inspected.
In the case of an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to help you and ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, we are a small shop and have limited stock; as a result, we cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock at the time of an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
