Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy for OAT & OCHRE
Eligibility Period: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition for Returns: Items must be unused, tags attached, and in the same condition as received. Items that have been washed, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.
Exclusions: Gift cards, items from the Sale Collection, and items purchased during sitewide sales are not eligible for return.
Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process for OAT & OCHRE
Requesting an Exchange: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request an exchange. Due to limited stock, there is no guarantee that your desired item will be available. We recommend purchasing the new item immediately and returning the original for a refund to ensure availability.
Shipping for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange.

Defective or Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
